WHAT DO WE DO

We direct-market Alaska Wild Salmon! We travel out to the open pristine waters (the ocean) of South East Alaska where we catch wild salmon when they are in prime condition, and the natural oil content, color, and flavor are at their absolute peak. Troll caught salmon means that every fish is caught selectively and individually by hook and line. No nets are used, thus there is no by-catch and very little impact on the environment. The utmost care is taken in the handling our fish. Every fish we catch is brought onto the boat one-by-one. They are stunned in the water to avoid bruising and scale loss. Once the fish is on board, it is immediately bled, cleaned and stored below in flake ice to ensure the highest quality. See the pictures in the Fishing Fable
